My story
Hi, I'm Aline!
I'm a marketing professional with 14 years of experience helping businesses thrive.
For 6 years, I honed my skills as a Senior Account Manager at Google in São Paulo, working directly with Brazil's biggest advertisers. Before that, I wore many hats in the marketing world, from Project Manager at agencies in Brazil and the USA to navigating the world of retail media at Americanas.com, one of South America's largest marketplaces.
These experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and the ability to develop effective strategies for businesses of all sizes. I'm passionate about creative problem-solving and finding the perfect marketing mix to achieve client goals.
Beyond my work, I'm the Director of Janela Carioca, an arts and crafts Atelier in the favela community of Santa Marta, Rio de Janeiro. This allows me to express my creativity and support the local community.
When I'm not working or crafting, you can usually find me with a good book in hand, enjoying some classic rock music, or soaking up the sun on the beautiful beaches of Rio – where I grew up and learned to love the ocean.
I'm a lifelong learner, always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
